Victoria's Great Alpine Valleys是由Bright, Myrtleford, Mt. Beauty and Kiewa Valley, Dinner Plain這幾個小鎮以及滑雪場Falls Creek, Mt. Hotham 所組成，而滑雪場主要是分佈在Alpine National Park這一帶。

Ps:

VIC雪季較穩的滑雪場，擁有良好造雪系統，風景優美(有湖景)，可以SKIIN SKIOUT的住宿區，在這滑雪場工作是有員工宿舍的，但也有很多人是為餐廳或飯店或雪具出租店工作，通常有提供員工宿舍(但提出申請時最好還是再詢問一次)。這裡適合給想工作完後馬上去滑雪的人士，這幾年台灣人在山上的名聲還不錯，商家都還蠻願意用台灣人的。除了山上有渡假村之外，有些人也選擇住在比較近的Mt. Beauty，Mt. Beauty這裡等一下再介紹，因為是屬於服務Falls Creek的小鎮。

從Mt. Beauty 到Falls Creek只有32Km(開車約30-45分鐘),雪季時你可以在這找到便宜的住宿。這裡算是一個成熟的小鎮，有吃有喝有超市，銀行郵局也不缺(Commonwealth, ANZ , Bendigo, NAB via the post office)，住宿的選擇也有很多種，caravan parks to motels, units, luxury B&Bs。至於商家與飯店有哪些就要請你自己到這小鎮看看了，畢竟雪季到時，這裡可是熱鬧的很~

Ps:

澳洲唯一的滑雪村落在林木線以上(就是山上沒樹的意思，這也表示到處都可以滑雪)，山上有提供住宿服務，可以ski-in ski-out，但這邊的地形卻是跟Falls Creek 不同，這邊是住宿區在山頂，雪道是由上往下滑，所以下面的纜車常有人龍過長的現象，也因為山夠高，雪量穩定，2010年又增加了幾台的人造雪機器讓這裡的雪季雪量充足。如果你是到這邊滑雪，住宿區除了山上有提供之外，你也可以到鄰近的小鎮找尋住宿區，例如Dinner Plain (10分鐘), Harrietville,Bright, Mt Beauty and Porepunkah.這座雪山的雪票可以跟Falls Creek 的一起用，坐直升機只要6分鐘就可以到了，如果有在這兩座雪山工作的人，有空的話不彷試一下吧!

由於這裡離Mt. Hotham 只有10分鐘的車程，所以有很多住宿以及餐廳都有登記在Mt. Hotham，有點算是補足Mt. Hotham部分商家的不足。另外，由於是屬於高山小鎮而不是渡假村，所以應該也算是應有盡有，畢竟都有個i-Site在這了，也有較齊全的緊急設施與機構，畢竟這離機場比較近。，四面環山，兩座雪區有交通車(車票$12)，這裡全區都是基礎區，適合初學者玩(只是我看不懂只有一台纜車的話，那滑雪區到底怎麼跑的??)，但雪季沒有Mt. Hotham穩定，特別的是這裡有拉雪橇比賽喔!!

另外，如果這裡天氣不好的時候建議從Omeo開上來會比從Harrietville容易些。所以在Mt. Hotham滑雪，住宿區的選擇不是只有Mt. Hotham 上的度假村以及Dinner Plain鎮上的住宿可以選擇(畢竟山上的東西不管是什麼都很貴)，你也可以選擇住在鄰近的山下小鎮例如Harrietville, Omeo, Bright等地。

這裡離Albury 開車1.5 hrs，離 Porepunkah 30 km，因為山上沒有住宿，所以你要到最近的這幾個小鎮找住的包括Bright, Porepunkah and Myrtleford 等小鎮。這個滑雪場也很奇怪，他沒有纜車(因為2006年的大火把他給燒了)，意思是說你要爬上滑下，是很好鍛練體力的滑雪場，也因為沒有纜車，所以這滑雪場不擁擠，景色壯麗風光。

這離離墨爾本最近，開車過來只要兩小時(120km)，但也因為低海拔，所以雪況不穩定。滑雪場內沒有住宿的地方(因為2009年的大火)，是由鄰近的小鎮提供滑雪場住宿服務從Healesville（50分鐘）, Narbethong, Marysville 這三個小鎮，離這最近的小鎮是

Marysville（20分鐘）這小鎮有Tower Motel, Crossways, Delderfield or the Marysville Caravan Park等類別的住宿。另外，2009年的大火燒了很多基礎設施，不過幸運的是新建築會於今年2011年完成

        這裡離墨爾本很近，開車只要兩個半小時，這裡是初學者必遊的滑雪勝地，雪票算是便宜的，適合家庭度假，很安靜的一座雪山。但是他的纜車沒有椅子(就是要用手拉式的纜車，技巧不好的人會摔個狗吃屎之外~也會傷痕累累。山上的住宿種類多以club lodges，Alpine Hotel 有提供 backpacker style 的住宿。這裏我就不提供山上的飯店與商家的資訊了，有興趣的人可以看網站喔，那裏有很多山上飯店的資訊，想找這邊的工作請到網站上一家一家的查EMAIL寄吧。

這裡離Mt. Baw Baw很近，因為都是在Baw Baw National Park，但是這裡每有纜車所以沒有lift pass要買，適合家庭度假，很安靜的一座雪山，但是開上去的路都是石頭路要小心。山上沒有住宿，你只能到鄰近的小鎮找住的，然後這裡真的很偏僻，什麼都沒有(包括餐廳、bar等)一些設施也很難找到，所以這裡應該算是比較適合玩。
