W5- A robbery

內容有點奇怪是因為原本以為這篇是要做簡報presentation用
但其實只要寫報告就好
所以就變成文張看起來是用power point做的報告=.=||

Robbery is the crime of taking or attempting to take something of value by force or threat of force or by putting the victim in fear.

Many states define robbery as theft/ larceny of property or many through the offenders use of physical  force or fear against a victim. Where a deadly weapon such as a gun is used or the victim suffers injury. The robbery maybe charged as "armed" or "aggravated".

The elements of Robbery is 
* The taking with the intent to steal of the personal, property of another from his or her person or in their presence.
* Against his or her will by violence, intimidation or the threat of force.
Robby is always a felony because its inherently violent nature.

There are many different types of robbery, depending what type of material is being stolen. The types include piracy aggravated robbery, armed robbery and highway robbery.

A real story about what I saw when I was travelling in Surfers Paradise, I  was walking around a shopping center. Suddenly a handsome beach guy was running, while another old man was shouting to the young man "stop the thief" "robbery"!!!!! At that time, a group of students tried it, but it didn't work. While I was trying to stop the thief. it didn't work as well. But when the thief was running somewhere past me, he lost his iphone. It just in front of me, so I picked it up.

A old Japanese woman ran out and stopped there. She was totally frightened. She couldn't talk when I wanted to. I want to give her the phone that the thief lost.  At this moment, a beautiful golden haired white girl walked to us, she talked to the Japaness woman in Japanese. Now i was frighten, After give the phone I left.

The former Gold Coast police district recorded 283 armed and unarmed robberies in 2012/13 up from 242 the previous year.
